Firstly, please check the setup instructions by clicking here.
You can check if our payment page is linked to your Reckon Accounts file by following the instructions below:
- In your Reckon file go to the edit menu and then click preferences. Find "Send Forms" and then click on the "Company Preferences" tab. Note that the file needs to be in single user mode to edit. You should see something like below if the payment link has been added.
- If you do not see the code starting with <a then you do not have the link applied.
To apply the link, log in to Pinch and click on the "Payment Link" menu on the left side. A page similar to below will appear:
Now copy the link and paste it into your Reckon email template. Then click OK and finally set your file into multi-user mode.
